I used Reaper paints through airbrush: Black as a base, zenithal highlighted with Pure White and followed by a Midnight Blue over the white. I used brush to blend the two colors together. As for the glowing parts I used Surf Aqua, Mint Green (mid-tone), Mint Green then final highlight with 90% Pure White+ 10% Mint Green. Hope that makes sense for you.
