Hello, I just wanted to say that this particular painting made me buy this miniature from Reaper as part of my first ever miniset. I think that Mary's job is a masterpiece: it is full of fairytale qualities and color. My favourite part is, of course, the spell effect achieved without some plastic globe covered in paint, with only light. I was waiting to commission paint job from a professional, but it's been so long I feel like I will attempt to mimick Mary's job myself. My hope is to keep the Wizard's face less adversarial (this could ruin the image, or make it more to my liking). Without this photos it would took me too long to consider this light composition possible. Thank you for inspiration!
